Slow Cooked Beef Ribs

Blackwood Valley Beef ribs have been cooked Low and Slow resulting in a “fall off the bone” experience.
The ribs are supplied with our own Guava BBQ Glaze for that added flavour.
Supplied chilled in commercial Vac Pack Bags.
To reheat ribs, start by covering them in our amazing BBQ sauce (supplied) and wrap them in 2 layers of foil.
Then, place the ribs on a baking tray and heat for 30 minutes in the oven at 180c
Finally , remove the ribs from foil, turn oven to grill and place the ribs back in the oven with the door open for 10 minutes.
Careful not to burn
