Heydon Estate Wine Dinner 2 July 2016
Heydon Estate is excited to be celebrating the launch of their 2011 Cabernet.
This Cabernet, 2011, is the first Cabernet wine maker Mark Messenger has made since his trophy winning cabernets 04, 05 and 06.
The evening is a degustation of great wine and amazing food.
Head chef Malcom Chow has paired a menu that matches each and every wine.
