It’s been a long time since we hosted a special dinner and we have had a lot of changes at Studio Bistro over the past 2 years so we are launching a very special Truffle Wine Dinner.

Our “Black Diamond Dinner” features the best of our South West Truffles from Truffle Hill Truffle Farm. This culinary showcase is hosted by Studio Bistro and will be presented by Head Chef Michael Stock.

Join us on this journey, from the rich soils of Manjimup to your plate, utilising this amazing ingredient in the creative and inventive mastery of cooking.

We begin this adventure with truffle in its truest form gradually delivering complexity and intensity paying homage to everything truffle can be.

This is a 5-course dinner and includes paired wines throughout.
