Over the past months Chef Thales and his team have been developing a very special Big Pan Cook Ups utilising our new BIG Pans to cook on outside in view of our customers.
This is not only an opportunity to meet our chefs we have some amazing dishes planned for you over the coming months.

Brazilian Prawn Bobo is a  colourful seafood dish packed with fresh ingredients and plump, sweet Western Australian Tiger Prawns in a coconut cream thickened with the root vegetables and served on a bed of rice.
Prawn Bobó is a Brazilian traditional recipe from the state of Bahia. Yuca, coconut milk and palm fruit oil give this delicious stew its rich colour and flavour. Everything about this dish might sound exotic, but Bobó is one of the most beloved dishes from Bahia Brazil, along with Moqueca.
This dish will awaken your palate and transport you to Bahia, Brazil. Be ready for a party of flavours in your month!

What goes on after hours:

Studio Bistro and Gallery staff along with some special guest help practice for Big Pan Sundays. Chefs Thales, Joel and Laura cooked up a prawn and Mussel storm. Washed down with some amazing local wines….Yum!
